RECOVER YOUR ASSETS FAST
Automate the eviction process on the batch enterprise platform.
Reduce legal fees, lost rent & unit downtime.
Traditional eviction workflows are not designed for speed.
Once a tenant has stopped paying, it's a race against time to reclaim the unit and re-rent. Until then, every single day is lost rent.

Despite these potentially enormous losses, traditional eviction workflows are not designed for speed. Landlord reps are often too overloaded with work to be monitoring delinquent tenants, much less preparing and serving legal notices. Eviction services staffed by "unlawful detainer assistants" lack incentive to process the cases quickly. The resultant delays represent hundreds or thousands of dollars of "invisible" losses on a unit by unit basis.
MEET BATCH
SPEED TUNED
Every step of the batch workflow is designed with speed in mind. Automated processes allow key legal notices and court documents to be prepared instantly. Electronic pipelines to the local court systems allow eviction cases to be filed same day with regular updates available anytime.
MINIMIZE RISKS
To minimize potential delays, the batch developers have worked closely with eviction attorneys to ensure legal notices and court document meet the highest standards. Unintentional errors, the smallest of which can delay eviction cases, are eliminated by drawing key data directly from the client's property management software.
COST EFFECTIVE
By minimizing overhead, batch is able to provide quicker, better results at costs significantly lower than typical eviction services. Attorneys and their billable hours will only come into play if and when their unique skill sets are warranted.

CASE STUDY
batch
-
Batch scans the client's tenant database for delinquent tenants.
-
The client reviews this list and selects tenants which will receive a legal notice to pay.
-
Batch instantly prepares the notices and arranges for service within the next 24 hours.
-
After its daily scan, batch recognizes that certain tenants who were served legal notices have failed to pay and sends those names to the PM.
-
The PM reviews the list, confirms that the tenant has not paid nor quit the unit and authorizes an unlawful detainer lawsuit.
-
Within seconds, Batch prepares the eviction court papers for PM approval
-
After PM reviews and e-signs, the court documents are filed online with service to be attempted in the next 24 hours.

old way
The client's property manager checks to see what tenants are due a legal notice but is also busy working on new lease agreements, as well as, property inspections.
The property manager spends an hour carefully preparing the legal notices and sets them aside for maintenance to post on each door the next day.
A day after the deadline to pay, the PM starts scanning the copy of the lease, rent adjustment letters and the three day notice and emails them to the eviction law firm. It's a Friday afternoon so the email sits in the inbox until the following week
A paralegal at the law firm prepares a draft of the court documents and sends it over to the PM. Our diligent PM reviews the docs and notes some amounts are wrong and asks for corrections.
The paralegal at the law firm revises and emails the revised court documents. PM is off site today so review will have to wait until tomorrow.
PM review, signs and scans back the court documents. The law firm receives it, prints it out and adds it to bin that's only picked up by the process server when full.
Process server picks up the court documents and files the court documents with the court.
